This is a nice image. Like the composition and the DOF. But the softening of her skin isn't quite working. Especially over her eyes. The sharpening of the eyes right on top of the softened eyelids makes her look like she has doll eyes. And the softening above the eyes makes the eye shadow useless.
It is OK for people's skin to have texture.
