Does anyone submit to this? Sounds like you retain copyright, get exposure, and possibly get published. Sounds like a good deal if its true?

JPG Magazine is well known, especially by many flickr users where they have a JPG group which is used to interact with photographers/readers. It's one of the most popular and active groups on Flickr.

One of JPG's founders is Heather Champ, who is not only a long time photoblogger with many community projects (like the mirror project) but was brought in as Flickr's Community Manager.

Trusting them to do the right thing isn't an issue imho.
