Want to see your photos in a deluxe coffee table book? Then this is the contest for you. TCB CAFE Publishing & Media LLC is sponsoring their Photography Competition / Art Competition 2006.
All entries for the competition must be postmarked no later than December 15, 2006. Finalists will be announced on February 1, 2007.
First and second place winners in the two categories, A Smile Is Worth A Thousand Words and Super Heroes, will have their winning submissions included in deluxe editions of the books of the same category names.
Up to three entries submitted via e-mail or on CD-ROM will be accepted. The entry fee is $25USD for the first image and $10 for each additional image.

Site not working, is this a scam ?

The site works fine for me, either their server had a temporary problem or your DNS was/is.
Either way this is not a scam.

I am wondering if this is a scam too. I was placed on the "finalist list" for 2006 and can't figure out if I am supposed to or how to submit the work for the final round. I wonder if they are just trying to gather the fee money. I have emailed them and did not get a reply.
