If you're looking for inspiration to create your own photo book, this could be fun:
(Found via The Online Photographer.)
Also, for those of you familiar with self publishing, have any of you tried Amazon's Create Space? Looks like a serious competitor to Lulu. Which one's better?

Create Space looks interesting but for the casual book publisher, like me, I find Blurb a much easier way of compiling a photo book. It is not without problems but on the whole the process of creating the book is virtually painless and the quality of the product is pretty decent.

Frequently the reason behind the desire to write this type of paper remains unclear. However, once the events are recounted and recorded, it becomes clear that the writer is striving to find the universal truth.Coursework

Sounds pretty cool. On a related note, I just found out about a new website that helps musicians, artists, writers etc. to sell their work online without the need to go through record labels, publishing houses and all that stuff... It’s called CybaSumo.com – you sign up for free and they give you a free store on their website to sell your work through. They also offer a software widget that you can put on your myspace or facebook (or blog) to help you sell your work directly to your friends. They just started up this week, it’s probably worth checking out…

in terms of photo books, from my experience, xbook.com.au is without a doubt the best value for money.
CybaSumo.com looks like an interesting platform only is seems to be lacking on the content side...
